We designed consumer-based social media, PR and digital marketing plans for three of Lonza’s customers. Integrating Facebook, Twitter and mobile apps, the campaigns drove fans and followers by the thousands to designated platforms, including landing pages coded for e-commerce and/or lead generation. Direct e-mail campaigns and PR efforts were initiated to drive traffic to the respective platforms, too.
The campaigns led to rock-solid relationships between Lonza and its customers. Plus, the program was conducted while maintaining existing integrated communications efforts to help Lonza introduce new products and gain customers.
